1 pound of ground beef
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 Cups of Roasted Green Chile
2 Cups of smashed Pinto Beans
2 tsp Salt
2 Cups of Shredded Long Horn Cheese
2 boxes of refrigerated pie crusts
1 egg beaten for the egg wash

Brown Ground Beef with seasonings. Once browned combine all ingredients. Let cool. Add Shredded Cheese. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Using a round cookie cutter cut circles and place on cookie sheet. Reroll the dough scraps together and cut more circles. Repeat until all pie crust is gone. Add as much filling as you can get on the circle. Leave 1/4″ space around the edge and brush wash along the edge. Add 2nd circle on top and crimp together edges with a fork. Brush the tops with the egg wash. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.

Use any salsa, guacamole or ranch dressing for dipping sauce.
