Here is a twist on everyone’s favorite dish-Mac and Cheese. It is always a crowd favorite.

1 lb of pasta
1 lb of yellow American cheese
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup of Heavy cream
2 cups of Hatch roasted green chile

*combine cheese, butter, cream, green chile in sauce pan
*cook on low heat until cheese is throughly melted
*add to cooked pasta and enjoy!
