2 lbs white american cheese
4 cups of roasted hot hatch green chile
2 cups chicken broth
1 lb breakfast sausage (optional)

Brown sausage in a 4 qt pan
Add in cheese, chicken broth, hatch chile
Melt until desired consistency

Enjoy! This recipe can be made ahead of time in the crock pot. Just be sure to cook the sausage before adding it to the crock pot!
